“Your house, in my opinion, should tell your story. All you care for has been gathered and organised in one location".
Ever since Jamila finished her first master's degree in interior architecture, her approachable designs have transformed many homes and workplaces. After 9 years of experience, and a second master's degree in interior design, Jamila now has accumulated valuable design skills that ensure a smooth design and execution process, from the design brief stage to adding the last touch of decoration before handing the place back to the client.
“As a designer, one of my duties is to be able to share my clients' stories in the pieces they choose for their homes. What they've done, who they've adored, and where they'd like to go next.”
Jamila's project includes a high-end luxurious 2000 sqm penthouse for a Saudi prince, 3600 sqm of office design including a gigantic curved wall screen for Kuwait government emergency center, 3 modern typical apartment designs for Nawa residential compound, several restaurants, shops, in addition to renovation work, such as loft conversions and house extensions.
“Decorating, to me, is the discovery of what can be found, unearthed, and mixed to make a space more exciting, harmonious, and better.”
